Meet The Doctors
CHASE H. SEUBERT DDS
Dr. Seubert is a native of Appleton, Wisconsin. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry; there he met his wife, Jessica (Omlie) Seubert. Dr. Seubert served 5 years in the US Navy, receiving his Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate. He joined Doctors Houck and Lambert in 2019. After 3 years of mentorship, Dr. Seubert became the owner of Cosmetic, Family and Sports Dentistry.
Dr. Seubert is committed to life-long dental education in the most updated technologies and standards of care. He also enjoys volunteering for the Give Kids a Smile and Mission of Mercy events. Dr. Seubert is an active member and participant of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Minneapolis District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Spear Education Institute. He is also a Delegate for the Minnesota Dental Association.
Chase and Jessica have two children, Mark and Emma. Dr. Seubert enjoys spending his free time with his wife and kids, watching movies, cooking, and spending time at the lake with friends and family.
SYDNEY SHERIDAN DDS
Dr. Sydney Sheridan grew up in Fargo, ND. She knew from a very young age that she wanted to have a career in dentistry. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota. Following dental school, Dr. Sydney served in the United States Air Force as a general dentist at Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene, Texas. Dr. Sydney enjoyed her experience in the military and appreciates the opportunity to live in different states but she is excited to be back in the Midwest to serve the Edina Community.
Dr. Sydney focuses on building trusting relationships with each patient and strives to provide the highest quality of care possible in a comfortable manner. Dr. Sydney is passionate about overall wellness and believes dentistry is critical to a person’s health, well-being, and confidence. She offers comprehensive dental services, including Invisalign and Botox, to help her patients reach their wellness and cosmetic goals.
In her free time, Dr. Sydney enjoys cooking, biking, skiing, and spending time with her husband, Dan, and her son, Campbell.
JESSICA E. SEUBERT DDS
Dr. Jessica Seubert joined the practice in January 2022.
Dr. Jessica Seubert was raised in the western suburb of Eden Prairie! She received her B.A. in Spanish from the University of Minnesota in 2008. Prior to Dental School, she worked as an oral surgery assistant for four years at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Consultants, P.A. She received her DDS degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where she met her husband, Chase Seubert! During dental school, she took special interest in esthetic and implant dentistry, pediatric dentistry and working with patients with special needs. She received student awards in these areas!
Dr. Jessica practiced for four years at Dental Partners of Southwest Georgia while her husband was stationed as a Navy dentist. They moved back to Minnesota in August of 2019 and they are excited to be a part of the Cosmetic, Family and Sports dentistry team.
She enjoys giving back, volunteering with Give Kids a Smile, Mission of Mercy and enjoyed serving on the dental bus with the Baptist Mobile Health Ministry team in southwest Georgia. She is a member of the ADA, MDA, MDDS and Spear Institute. She is always seeking educational opportunities to learn and grow as a dentist to ensure the highest level of care for her patients!
Dr. Jessica enjoys all aspects of dentistry and providing comprehensive care. Her goal is to treat patients with the same level of care and respect she would provide for her own family.
SANDRA J. HOUCK DDS
Dr. Sandy Houck began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant. After ten years as an assistant, she decided to return to school to earn her dental degree at the University of Minnesota. She graduated in 1993 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) receiving the AB Hall Prosthodontic Award, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Award, as well as being named to the American Association of Women Dentists. Shortly after, she joined the dental team of Drs. Belvedere and Lambert. This enabled her to pursue and enhance her interest in cosmetic dentistry. In 2011 was inducted as a member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics. She is actively involved in the Minneapolis District Dental Society, Mission of Mercy Dental Foundation, and the Give Kids a Smile program. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Houck spends her time with her family, gardening, the outdoors, and traveling. She is also involved in volunteering for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
